AC Milan football shirts are famous all around the world for their famous red and black striped design, and they have a loyal fan base to ensure this rich tradition continues.

The latest AC Milan home shirt isn’t that spectacular in all honesty, and considering it’s manufactured by Adidas, I would have expected something significantly better.

The collar is a little old fashioned and there’s nothing particularly sleek about it, a theme that continues right down the body of the shirt. I don’t like the sponsorship logo at all and this adds to the failure of the shirt in my opinion.

There are white and black away shirts that are significantly better in my opinion despite not being much different in design. I think the reason the home shirt doesn’t work as well is because the stripes make everything look far too busy. Looking at the away shirts you can see what Adidas were trying to do, but in my humble opinion, a world famous team like AC Milan deserved more attention on their home shirt.
